This is your Cocoon
Saturday 4th March 2017. The Garden of Health and Contemplation Gingko Gate, Botanical Gardens, Frome Road 4-8pm
Stop and smell the flowers on the 4th March and let The Sanctuary take you on a healing journey via the senses, being immersed in the delectable sights, sounds, smells, touch and tastes of the evening. Be inspired, connect, relax, deepen your experiences.
The Sanctuary retreat invites you to an evening of soulful acoustics, playful yin/yang yoga, mindful meditation and healings by the mesmerizing tunes of Sound Bowls and Didgeridoo. An evening not to forget, taking place in the medicinal garden of health within the Botanic Gardens. The garden will be transformed into a magical land of BOHO, inspiration and earthly delights.
Your evening will begin with the hauntingly beautiful voice of Naomi Keyte. Guided tours of the Garden of Health by the gardens very own Curator who has amazing knowledge of the plants and the intention of the gardens and healings. We then invite you to flow in the Garden of contemplation for a playful and therapeutic hour of Yin/Yang Yoga. The evening then finishes off with a Blissful 1 hour of Sense and Soul infusing Sound bath with Michelle and James of Shanti Sound. Whilst you relax in this cocoon of inspiration & healing, feel free to take some time out, sit back on a cosy rug and sip on refreshing old fashioned lemonade, enjoy the Bohemian inspired delights as the garden transforms into your SANCTUARY.
