Thai Yoga Massage Level 1
In this practitioner training program you will learn and apply a full 90 minute Thai Yoga Massage sequence utilizing yoga postures, passive stretching, acupressure, energy work, massage and meditation to assist the clients in reducing tension, enhancing flexibility, experiencing deep relaxation and improving overall wellbeing. Ayurveda & Yoga

In this 5-day intensive yoga instructors from all backgrounds will explore Ayurveda, the ancient healing practice of India and yoga’s “sister science” and cultivate an understanding of how to utilize the Ayurveda to assist students in both group and private sessions to enhance the holistic practice of Yoga. Areas of practice include dosha-based program design, asana, nutrition, meditation, breathwork, lifestyle and self-care techniques, and consulting strategies.
